Where do the manuscripts in the collection come from?

Manuscripts in the Arnamagnæan Collection in Copenhagen come from various countries. Thanks to antiquarian activity of Árni Magnússon a vast majority of the collection originates from Iceland, but there are also Danish, Norwegian, German, English, Spanish/Portuguese and Dutch manuscripts.
